I have worked with Muriel for 4 months, where she took the lead in 4 big improvement projects across the whole business. Simultaneously she taught our team on the shop floor the basics of Lean. The result is that we now have a really clean and well-organized environment, and a team that is motivated to keep it that way, and even improve further.

Muriel is a really pragmatic and easily approachable person, she listens to everybody in the room, and has a great toolset as a background to lead and conclude a variety of improvement projects. What I liked particularly is that she implements change together with the team. In the end it results in a great situation where people approach her with improvement ideas, key changes, … I would highly recommend Muriel if you want to have impact in a fast and excellent manner!!!
